In the event that you receive a damaged item it will be replaced with the exception of original works and numbered series limited prints. If an original work of art arrives damaged you will be reimbursed upon receipt of the damaged work by Creative Crymes Studios. If you receive a damaged limited edition print there are two options, either it can be replaced upon receipt by Creative Crymes Studios or you will be reimbursed upon receipt of the damaged print by Creative Crymes Studios however the print number will be the number of the next print available in the series.
