What are the shipping options?Currently our shipping options are: US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS. Should you wish to provide special shipping instructions for Creative Crymes Studios to pass on to the shipping company please send your correspondence via e-mail to the address listed on the Contact page.

What do I do if I received a damaged order?In the event that you receive a damaged item Creative Crymes Stutdios will replace it with the exception of original works and numbered series limited edition prints. If an original work of art arrives damaged you will be reimbursed upon receipt of the damaged work by Creative Crymes Studios provided we deem the damage to have been done either by Creative Crymes Studios or the shipping company. If you receive a damaged limited edition print there are two options, either the work can be replaced upon receipt by Creative Crymes Studios provided we deem the damage to have been done either by Creative Crymes Studios or the shipping company or you will be reimbursed upon receipt of the damaged print by Creative Crymes Studios again, provided we deem the damage to have been done either by Creative Crymes Studios or the shipping company however the print number will be the number of the next print available in the series. If there are no more prints available of that particular work you will able to either choose another work of equal value, choose another work of greater value and have the price you paid for the initial work applied to the price for the new work. If you choose not to replace the damaged work with a new work Creative Crymes Studios will reimburse you in full. Refer to the Contact page for mailing information.
